2017 - A Year in Review - Part One

2017 marked our 5th year performing.
We had such fun, played some new stages, and met some wonderful people on our traveling adventures.
Here are a few highlights from the first half of 2017:

We performed for the first time at the Bowlus Fine Arts Center in Iola, KS
and returned to the Neodesha Arts Center.

Opened for Rupert Wates at Last Minute Folk in Topeka in February,
and then performed as the main act in November.

We returned to a few favorite coffee houses and pubs.

Performed for the final Kansas Sampler Festival
as well as the Santa Fe Trail Festival in Burlingame.

We traveled to Nebraska for a Lincoln Association for Traditional Arts (LAFTA)
performance in Lincoln and a FolkHouse Concert in Omaha

Summer Festivals: Good Ol' Days, Fort Scott, KS;
Hansen Arts and Crafts Fair in Logan, KS;

We performed for the first time at the Gospel Lounge at Knuckleheads in Kansas City.
This turned out to be a wonderful venue for us, and we returned there in September!
Next week, we'll share more of our music travels, including moments from our second music tour to Colorado.
